Explore the hidden uses of food for women, the subconscious mindset shifts needed to support women to heal their hearts and embrace body positivity. Explore ancient ayurvedic tools for the modern woman to create a sustainable nurturing relationship with food, and to overcome the deep inner hidden barriers holding women back from loving their body, their food and their life! Retiring from a successful career as a Corporate Executive & Interior Designer, Melody began a journey of true service to women while healing her own disordered eating. Throughout her career, she’s embraced an “expanded spirituality” which includes: yoga, breath techniques, meditation & prayer. She’s attended Dale Carnegie Seminars, Landmark Education curriculum, coaching intensives and hypnosis classes. She enjoys hiking, ballroom dancing, live music, traveling, cooking, learning, playing and reading. Now, as a soon to be Ayurvedic Practitioner, she’s feels confident she has something unique and special to offer all the women who are tired of being disappointed in themselves, their disordered eating, and know there is a more robust way to live.

Designing the Elemental Spiral of Your Life:
Learn to Alchemize the Subtle Celestial Elements
to Build the Blueprint of Your Soul
9:30am-10am PT / 12:30pm-1pm ET
Sara combines functional design, vastu sacred ayurvedic design and the subtle interplay of jyotisha's solar and lunar qualities to move you through the elements, to shape the cycles of change and renewal and design your life as a spiral dance within the realms of Nature and your life. Rooted in Vedic ecology and drawing from the sister sciences of Ayurveda and Vastu, the Elemental Spiral explores how receptive and active energies move through inner and outer rhythms. Walking the Elemental Spiral™️ invites a new way of relating to old patterns, as awareness, presence and alignment with Nature restore balance and support alignment to both individual and collective Dharma through life’s transitions.
Sara Valente is an architect, educator, and researcher originally from Venezuela whose work explores the relationship between self-awareness, ecology, art, and the intelligence of Nature with an emphasis on embodied and relational ways of knowing. She holds degrees in Architecture from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. She is the co-founder of STEREOTANK, an art, design, and research practice focused on public art and explorations at the intersection of space and sound. Drawn to Ayurveda and the Vedic arts for a decade, navigating her personal and family health journey, she has studied the teachings of Vaidya R.K. Mishra of the Shaka Vansiya Ayurveda lineage, and over the past two years, formalized her studies at the Ayurvedic Living School. She is currently a Visiting Professor and Doctor of Design candidate at Florida International University in Miami, where she works with students, colleagues and the Public Humanities Lab on community-engaged projects that integrate art, place, embodied awareness, and social responsibility, supporting intentional action and a deeper sense of meaning.

Creating a Self-Care Legacy:
Family Friendly Ayurveda with Nicky Ziobrowski
10:15am-10:45am PT / 1:15-1:45pm ET
Ayurveda isn’t just a wellness system — it’s a living rhythm women can weave into their homes, relationships, and everyday choices. Did you know self-care( Sadhana) heals relationships? Not just the one with yourself, but with partners, families, and even the environments you create. This talk explores how cycle-breakers — women who may not have come from healthy families — can build one through embodied, daily self-care practices that naturally shift the emotional tone of a household. Rather than forcing change, we look at how consistency, intention, and self-regulation create a space others feel drawn to, where healing begins with one woman and ripples outward. Attendees will learn practical ways to model this rhythm in real life, turning personal care into relational leadership that fosters generational health — because what you cultivate today becomes what you pass down tomorrow. In a world focused on generational wealth, this conversation asks: what would it look like to make generational health your greatest legacy?
With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Sports Coaching, my early years were rooted in communication, movement, and human connection. But a life shift in 2020 became the doorway that brought me home to myself. That turning point led me into 1st a nutritional journal healing anxiety, depression, hormonal acne and severe intestinal traama from birth, then into a 200-hour yoga teacher training and FeetUp technique, Reiki I & II, AromaTouch massage, Shirodhara, Nutrition Coaching(specialized in plant based diets), Personal Training, and ultimately Ayurvedic Practitioner. From this lived devotion, YOUNICVERSE was born — A place where every person is both teacher and student, where personal transformation becomes shared medicine, and where lived experience carries as much wisdom as formal study. My work is guided by a deep desire to help others reconnect with their own power — especially those who have felt the urgency of transformation, and who now feel called to pass that wisdom forward. Whether supporting individuals, families, or communities, my intention is simple: to create spaces where healing becomes Accessible, Embodied, and Energetically Contagious.

Glow Like A Goddess:Â Â
Facial Self-Care to Relieve Your Pain, Renew Your Glow, and Reconnect to Yourself
11:30am-12pm PT / 2:30pm-3pm ET
As we age, the tissue in our faces gets tight, dehydrated, and displaced from years of tension and unresolved emotions. This causes many of the features we associate with "aging," but this process is not inevitable! By applying gentle, sustained pressure, we can release and rehydrate this tissue, resolve stored emotions, and restore an open, vibrant glow. In this presentation you'll learn about the deep tissue of the face (called fascia) and techniques to restore your glow at home! In this session, Athena empowers you to experience whole health renewal through her signature Pink Lotus 21-Day Facial Renewal System™️, a protocol that combines deep fascia release with ancient wholistic facial systems including: Ayurvedic Facial Marma Massage, Vietnamese Dien Chan Facial Reflexology & Komorebi Facial Gua Sha.
Athena is a Certified Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor, and Block Therapy Instructor/Facial Flow Practitioner who has spent the last decade specializing in facial renewal techniques from around the world. If you're ready for a fresh approach to how we view and cultivate beauty, you're in for a treat!
