After nearly 30 years of teaching Ayurveda, Traci has just come out the other side of menopause and lives to tell her tale of what works and what doesn't. As a result of her lived experience, she's passionate about helping you to eliminate your own menopausal crazy-making symptoms and to navigate the confusing and overwhelming journey of menopause naturally. Traci is the founding director of the Ayurvedic Living School which she founded in 2006 in Northern California where she and her cohort of female ayurveda luminaries guide women to reclaim their connection to their bodies, their own inner wisdom, to the earth & to each other through the school's Ayurveda Women's Wisdom School - Women-Centered Ayurveda Coach, Herbalist & Practitioner Training. Traci has authored 6 ayurveda textbooks and is a certified Ayurveda Practitioner & Educator, Pulse & Marma Therapist, Panchakarma Practitioner, Vedic Astrologer, Yoga Instructor, Aromatherapist & life-long yogini who's been teaching ayurveda and guiding women's groups for 27+ years. Traci is passionate about empowering women to reclaim their birthright as the self, family and community healers and leaders they were born to be. When not teaching, you will find Traci in her garden, kitchen or hiking amongst the ancient redwood forests.
