Supplies & Supply Fees

Products and supplies are not included. Cooking and product making during the live course is optional. Students are not required to make any foods or products during live class. Supply fees and purchases remain the sole responsibility of the registrant.  Supply fees and shipping times may vary depending on where you live and where you decide to purchase your supplies, and which products you choose to make. We recommend keeping it simple and making 1-3 foods or products during the live class. Some supplies may be sourced from your own kitchen (oils, ghee, honey, milk) or garden (common herbs, flowers, aloe), others you may choose to purchase from your local health food store, Amazon, or our suggested vendor list. Shipping times may range from 1 day to several weeks. A complete shopping & vendor list will be provided upon registration. Average supply fees are estimated to be approximately $50 USD. Individual experience may vary. 

Course Content & Privacy

Course content, including but not limited to handouts, course materials, PDFs, videos, audios, and guided meditation are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Students receive access to their course via a student login. Students are not permitted to share their student login information with friends, family or anyone.

Publicity, Advertising Rights and Recordings:  

The school reserves the right to take and use photographs, recordings and testimonials and to use those photographs, recordings and testimonials in the school’s marketing.

Sandhiya Ramaswamy, MBA, CAS, PKS is an Ayurvedic Living School teacher who has been teaching and promoting Ayurveda for over 15 years. She is an Ayurveda health & lifestyle coach, a faculty member at many Ayurveda schools, and an inspired Ayurveda plant-based chef. Prior to her wellness career, she spent many years in the corporate world. Her well-rounded perspective makes her approach to Ayurveda pragmatic, relatable, joyful and most importantly, very effective. Sandhiya is passionate about making Ayurveda accessible and available to all. She is certified at the Ayurvedic Doctor level. Sandhiya came back to her roots of ayurveda after a serious hospitalization resulting from burn out after many years in the corporate world.
