A beautiful day of wisdom, self-care, celebration and magic with ayurveda sisters and senior teachers
Event Schedule:
- 9am-12pm PT: Ayurveda Self-Care & Foods with Traci Webb Traci will be guiding us through fall/winter season overview and specific foods, spices and lifestyle therapies for for staying nourished and grounded this fall and winter to prevent illness and build immunity.
- 2-5pm PT: Menopause/Crone Years Wisdom & Divine Feminine Navaratri Celebration with Mamta Landerman: Mamta will be sharing ayurveda wisdom to stay balanced and nourished through the menopause/vata/fall/winter season of your life. She'll be guiding us through a communitywide Divine Mother ritual to welcome the return of the Goddess! Students are encouraged to participate from the comfort of home. Details will be provided upon registration.
About Your Guides:

Traci Webb
Traci is the founding director, lead teacher and program designer of the Ayurvedic Living School which she founded in 2006 in Northern California where she and her cohort of female ayurveda luminaries guide women to reclaim their connection to their bodies, to the earth, to each other, and to their own inner knowing through the school's women-centered Ayurveda Life Mastery™️ Health & Life Coach Training and Ayurveda Herbalist & Practitioner Trainings. Traci has authored 6 ayurveda textbooks. She's a certified Ayurveda Practitioner & Educator, Pulse & Marma Therapist, Panchakarma Teacher, Vedic Astrologer, Yoga Instructor, Aromatherapist & life-long yogini who's been teaching ayurveda and guiding women's groups for 25 years. Traci is passionate about empowering women to rise and to reclaim their power and their birthright as self, family and community healers and leaders. When not teaching, you will find her in her garden, kitchen or hiking amongst the ancient forests.

Mamta Landerman
Mamta is the founding and current President of the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine (CAAM) and served on its Board for five years since 1998. She produced three Ayurveda International Symposia at U.C. Berkeley, bringing together Ayurvedic practitioners, suppliers and teachers from across the nation to seed the wisdom of this 5,000 year-old ‘mind-body-soul’ philosophy and wholistic healthcare system in the US. Mamta has also served as faculty for several ayurveda schools across the US, and has presented at numerous workshops, and conferences. A mother of two grown sons, Mamta is a native of India and has been practicig and teaching transformational work for over 35 years across the US. She has a deep love and study of her ancient heritage from India - specifically ayurveda and Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology).
