Course Content & Privacy

Course content, including but not limited to videos, audios, handouts, course workbooks, PDFs, and guided meditations are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Students receive access to their course via a student login. Students are not permitted to share their student login information with friends, family or anyone.

Publicity, Advertising Rights and Recordings:  

The school reserves the right to take and use photographs, recordings and testimonials and to use those photographs, recordings and testimonials in the school’s marketing.

Fall Self-Care Retreat & Divine Feminine Celebration! (Navaratri)

Sept. 30, 9am-5pm PT

What to expect:

A beautiful day of wisdom, self-care, celebration and magic with ayurveda sisters.

Event Schedule:

  • 9am-12pm PT:  Ayurveda Self-Care & Nutrition for fall/winter season overview and specific foods, spices and lifestyle therapies for for staying nourished and grounded this fall and winter to prevent illness and build immunity.
  • 2-5pm PT: Menopause/Crone Years Wisdom & Divine Feminine Navaratri Celebration: ayurveda wisdom to stay balanced and nourished through the menopause/vata/fall/winter season of your life. She'll be guiding us through a communitywide Divine Mother ritual to welcome the return of the Goddess! Students are encouraged to participate from the comfort of home. Details will be provided upon registration.

About Your Guide

Mia Hamilton

Teaches the Ayurveda Self-Care & Nutrition Retreats at the Ayurvedic Living School. Her love for women's wisdom, wombcare, self-care, herbs, gardening, medicine making add a depth of beauty to her classroom. Mia is also the Executive Support Assistant and all around school support rockstar who helps the students, teachers and school to function on the day-to-day. Mia is a graduate of our Ayurveda Life Mastery (Coach) & Ayurveda Herbalist Trainings. She has a background in energy medicine & western herbalism & herbal medicine making. She serves her local Oregon community guiding women's groups & enjoys hiking, foraging, medicine making, and spending time with her family. It's Mia's mission to provide healing support and guidance to others, so that they have the strength to follow their dharma.
